Phoenix’s Tips for Not Interrupting

• Take a Deep Breath: If you feel words bubbling up, take a slow breath and listen to the person talking.
• Wait for a Pause: When you hear a little break in the conversation, that's your chance to speak!
• Use a Gentle Touch: If you really need to say something, gently touch your grown-up’s arm or raise your hand to show you’re waiting.
• Practice Patience: Remember, everyone gets a turn. Your words are important, and so are theirs!
